'and it all came from here'

potatoes of many shades

Before this past Saturday gets lost in a string of busy days, we'd like to recognize the 21 adults/ 4 children and all that was accomplished.
Despite the warm temps and high humidity we managed to combine our energies to:
*dig 600 pounds of potatoes
*clip 500 bulbs of garlic
* thin a couple hundred row feet of fall roots and greens
Although some had to get on with their day, those who stayed shared in a lovely potluck lunch.  Cristian and Grace were happy to say their dish came completely from the farm.  

We're hoping more of you will be able to attend the October 1st garden day with a post harvest celebration potluck.
